I decided I like my Wii Fit much better than the scale in the bedroom. It said I was 127 today!!! My scale is like 5 lbs. more. Hmmm.

stayed about the same. 121 with lousy eating all week. I feel good. would prefer to be down to 118 but not eating the best I can.

Hello All ! I am new here.........I started a ketosis type diet on May 10, 2011. I am 47, half Irish and half Hungarian. My height is just under 5'11 and weigh 206 and not going to weigh myself for the first month. I eat 4 small portions a day (7am cup wet oatmeal with 4oz fruit, 11am 6oz lean white protein with 4oz fruit, 3pm 6oz lean white protein with 4oz veggies, 7pm 6oz lean white protein with 4oz veggies, try to drink at least 80oz water) and don't feel hungry at all. I do grueling workouts 5 times a week. My long term goal is to lose and keep off 30lbs. I am also borderline diabetic and have old dislocated injuries that have in the past stopped me from taking on my goal. I'm not going to let it stop me this time. I want to live !

I never did get to post yesterday but I did weight.

I was unchanged at 121. Good for me since I am eating what I want. Yes I have 5 pounds to lose but it will come with my marathon training and if I cut the junk.

Two days egg fasting and no change. Starting to think my old woe South Beach may be what my body needs more of. All of this fat and protein seems to be stalling me and I am having other...issues due to a LC diet.
I think I need more fiber in my life...may try for a week or so and see what happens.
