119 here.probably lost extra due to very hard workout. Major loss of fluid. Would like to lose a few pounds more.

I weigh on Saturday mornings.

This morning at my sig weight--153, within my goal range of 152-158.

The good news is that I added more carbs (green veggies) without any problems. I'm hoping to maintain at 30-50g of carbs rather than the c. 20g that I've been doing throughout my loss.

ibrobbie: I am at 148 today too... wanting get to 140... am 5'9. Have been on mainly stillmans with some good fats as I reached my goal since Aug 2nd. These last eight lbs are really tying up my life! If I could just get down there I could really work on the maintenance... still am rebounding. That is the only consistant!

Not having any luck getting my last 5 off and mostly because I'm not trying too hard. I can't seem to buckle down and do what I need to do. That 110 continues to stick around but I keep telling myself that a 62 year old Granny shouldn't worry about 5 pounds as long as my Size 2's fit good. Sometimes it seems so trivial.

I bet you are perfect at 110.

I am now a granny too.Isabella was born Saturday night. My eating has been bad. Not junk but eating what there is when I need to eat and not eating low carb at all. I can't say I am unhealthy though.

I will see what the scale says on Friday and have to go back to lower carb to lose what ever pounds I may have gained.I can only hope not. I haven't gotten on the scale since Friday.

I am in love. Just wish I could be with her more often but new parents need their space. I will see her again tomorrow.

120.6. pretty much what I have been weighing. I haven't been eating well. I am maintaining below my 122 accepted weight but really prefer 118. I am running well and feel good so I am just trying to eat healthy and make good choices so I can live my life without huge restrictions. That is really my biggest goal and not getting back up to 126 which I did last winter. maintaining over the winter a big challenge every year so if I can maintain even a few pounds more then my summer weight I am doing pretty well. I have a range. 122 and I need to diet again.

What should I do? First it's 1, than 2, now 3 of very strict days to maintain...what am I doing wrong? I think I'm in starvation mode...that's not good! Can someone please advise?

When I gain a couple pounds, I always refer back to my food diary to see what it might be. For me, it's almost always booze. Then I reduce or even drop the offending item. Since I'm almost zero carb there is not much else it could be. I don't, however, go hungry.

You look terrific in your avatar. Maybe your best weight is a few pounds more.

You can see I'm pretty new at this so others may have better ideas.

Be patient with yourself fischdeb. You are on the right path but it just takes some time and some periods of fall back. Just don't give up. It is a constant struggle, at least for me it is, more so now in the winter months.

the winter is always tough for me too. I gain even if I eat the same. ( or maybe I am home and inside more so I am eating more)

I also find I need to change up my exercise routine to lose best. I need to do some weight training and the cardio can't be all slow and easy.

I also find if I restrict myself too much and eat too little I will eventually binge.

121.4 so up about a half pound.

I have not been doing well eating. Just found I will be in a bathing suit in less then a month so need to get back on track. My weight is under my 122 which my highest I will accept but can't get higher.
