Sugar's Detox Salad with Poached Salmon

2 Cups of Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
1 Cup Spinach Leaves
1 Cup Dandelion Leaves
1 Cup Shredded Green Cabbage
1/2 Cup Parsley (rough chop)
1/2 Cup Cilantro (rough chop)
1/2 Cup of Thinly Sliced Celery
1/4 Spring Onions (diced)

Toss Salad with Dressing. I can serve 3 People and I Top it with a 4 or 5 oz. Piece of Poached Salmon.


Lemon Garlic Ginger Dressing

1 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup EVOO
1 (2 inch) Knob of Grated Fresh Ginger
1 Large Clove of Minced Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste

Put all Dressing Ingredients in Blender to Combine.

MMmmmm, sounds so good but I hate to make salads, do you do housecalls?
