I mixed up some cream cheese, heavy cream, dehydrated onion, minced chives, a dash of worchestershire sauce, a couple good shakes of season salt, and some black pepper. Was a little too oniony...I was trying to recreate the chive cream cheese I buy at the store. But still really tasty! I'm so proud of myself, I never make anything fancy like this.

Mine are all at my blog. It's just easier or else I lose them, and Lawd knows I have to keep printing out recipes every time I lose one.

Thanks Cleo. I will check your blog. Haven't been there for awhile, guess it's about time I do!
There are a lot of awesome cooks on this site and everything looks sooooo good!
I just wish that I wasn't just cooking for myself since I tend to eat the entire batch of whatever I fix.

Chinese beef broccoli

1029101712-01.jpg

I got this recipe from the Chinese Brown Gravy thread. It was DELICIOUS! Used Xanthan gum in the sauce and half the amount of cornstarch in the marinade. DH said it tastes like I picked it up from the Chinese restaurant. My carb totals were around 6 per serving.

It's that pumpkinny time of year, so I made little pumpkin cheesecakes. I've never actually eaten any kind of pumpkin before. Even pumpkin pie!

Sorry everybody I've sewing 250 christmas stockigs for foster children. My way of giving back. So cinnamon rolls.

Cinnamon Rolls

3/4 cup of water
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 Tablespoons canola oil
2 1/2 cups of Kevinpa's cookie & cake flour mix [ carquik ]
1 Tablespoon of sugar
1 package rapid rise yeast
1 splenda quik pack or 1 cup of sweetner of your choice to amount 1 cup

put everything in order in your bread machine , on dough cycle, when kneading is done take out of machine . Roll dough into rectangle spread enough butter to cover thickly & cinnamon , then roll up on long side and seal all the way down. Cut into 12 peices , place into 9x13 inch pan and let rise untill as large as you want. Bake at 350 for about 35 miuntes.

Enjoy!!!!!

They freeze well.

I think you could use carbalose cake & cookie flour mix. Also it can be done by hand the way kevinpa does it.

I just can't anymore doing chemo as I still am.

Now for the bread.
All it is Kevinpa carb quik bread on the simple white bread thread. The only thing I change was 1 Tablespoon of sugar becase I think it needs a lot more to feed the yeast.

Enjoy Esther!!!!!
