Breakfast is a wonderful 3 egg omelet with 3 kinds of cheese and some tomato.

Lunch will be stir fried chicken and veggies at my favorite Chinese place, where the owner takes such great care of me.

Dinner, I think I will cook up some steak tips with a great marinade and have a big salad with it. Probably scarf down my last piece of pumpkin cheesecake too!

Went wayyyy too long without eating from yday about 3 til about 1pm today.

B: quick cup of coffee w hwc sweetn low and tbls CO

So when I got home from work this afternoon I made a plate with leftover dark meat turkey and ham, broc and cheese, green beans. Sat down to eat it went blah. Picked at the ham and turkey. Tossed it all, and made me some broth.

Feeling a little better with the broth in me and have no idea what dinner is going to be. But I can assure you it isn't going to be leftovers.

Really need this cold I've got to run it's course and be done. Cuddling on the sofa by the fire with my little Pearlsnap for the rest of the day. So happy she's home and getting well!

Start Date: Low carb started again and again 5/26/15
Wanted Red Lobster today but no one else did

B: egg salad
L: 1/4 burger and coleslaw
S: Beef jerky
D: snow crab legs with TONS of butter!!!!
(just remembered I had some in the freezer)
