Bumping this cos it is.so good. Used 85% chocolate and coconut milk.instead of coffee, added a tbsp butter sweetened it with 2 tsps real sugar but made it a 4 portion serving as it is so rich. Came in at.300cals and it was perfect and only just took me over my carb limit today. Perfect TOM dessert.x

tried this today and it was so easy and delicious!

i softened 81% choc in the micro first. mixed with the eggs using my stick blender, added coffee. i had to add some splenda though. ate it with a dollop of fresh whipped cream. OMG!

it is super rich. i made a half batch so next week will try different flavors.

I made this again today. I used a 3.5 ounce Lindt 85% cacao bar, a 3.5 ounce DeLite SF dark chocolate bar, and for the liquid I used 2 ounces of half & half and 2 ounces of DaVinci SF simple syrup, plus a tablespoon of SF honey. And the eggs/vanilla/sea salt called for in the orginal.

This stuff is so dang good. I've made it maybe 6 times by now, it makes 6 servings easily as it's rich, it's simple as can be and I can't say enough good about it!

Omg. These are so easy and so good. I used 2 - 85% Lindt bars, 1/4 cup hwc, 1/4 cup davinci sweetener, 12 drops sucralose, 1 T sf honey, 1/2 t sea salt, 2 eggs, 1 T Baileys, and 3 pkgs sweet one. I divided into 6 portions. Tonight will serve with raspberries and whipped cream. This was delicious even warm.

Thanks to the op, the tweakers, and the person who bumped this. This is going to be a regular with us.

If I use the original recipe and use bakers chocolate, how much erythritol would I use to sweeten it?

Thank you,

Mindy start small and add as you go. I just used bakers unsweetened and I used stevia, erythritol, xylitol. I don't know how much because I kept adding until it was delish.

I sweetened my chocolate before I did anything else.

You can use any chocolate you prefer. I use 70% or more dark chocolate and don't worry about the tiny bit of sugar in it. Disclaimer - I'm on maintenance though!
