B: 1 small oat bran, sf coconut, hulled sunflower seeds, yogurt and 1 egg "Pancake"
with 1 tbsp of sf syrup

L: 1 small wrap, salsa, cheddar, walnuts, (nuked 30 secs)
side, kale salad, pine nuts, slivered almonds, few dried cranberries
5 grape tomatoes sliced in half over slices of avocado

D: l/o Chicken, Broccoli, Alfredo

PM: Apple slices, with a few nuts or 1 oz cheddar

salad, nice piece of delicious lemon cake. My plates were clean when I finished.

6:00: salad w grilled chicken, steamed green beans, wine
Snack: pretzels, diet soda
