It's TUESDAY! What's on your menu?

B: coffee w/1/2&1/2; Alvarado street bakery sprouted flax bread, toasted with avocado, scrambled egg and everything but the bagel seasoning
L: meal prep: chicken and gravy, adding broth to make a soup out of it
D: turkey sausage and steamed cabbage

Snack if needed: babybel light cheese; hard boiled egg w/1tsp mayo

Mmm, Dottie, your menu looks good!

My food today:

Tea w/ hwc, tuna w/ toasted sesame seed oil, salad vinegar, and black pepper
Yoghurt

HB egg yolks w/ butter, salt and pepper
Marinated green vegs
Yoghurt
Tea and hwc

Chicken w/ mar. vegs
Yoghurt or some cream

That bread is the best (and their customer service is really amazing- long story but they're fantastic!)

I'll tell the story here lol.
I bought 2 loaves on amazon because the bakery only sells in 6 loaf sets and I simply didn't have room in my freezer.
I never got the amazon order, so I contacted the bakery who is not affiliated in any way with the amazon seller, and the bakery sent me, absolutely no charge and overnight, 2 loaves.
Now seriously who has that kind of customer service anymore? Even when you're technically not a customer?!
I'm going to order from them directly from now on lol.

I don't normally eat solid food until lunch during the work week but I needed help getting back fully on track. I ended up eating LC "sweets" (a LC bar and some SF candy) yesterday after work, and I don't lose weight that way. Maybe I am just not back in ketosis yet.

B - SF/LC Chai Tea Latte and 4 slices applewood smoked bacon

L - 2 Nathan's Hot Dogs dipped in LC Ketchup and a red leaf wedge salad (lettuce, blue cheese dressing and crumbles, bacon pcs, green onion)

D - 2 cheese shell tacos (melted, browned and flipped until crispy mexican blend cheese, filled with seasoned ground beef, cilantro onion and shredded lettuce and sour cream.
