B - sf/LC vanilla chai tea latte, then a premier banana shake with chocolate tea and cocoa blended in
L - 2 Nathan's hot dogs with lc ketchup, 3 asparagus spears dipped in a packet of Duke's mayo, 3 or 4 halved and broiled Brussels sprouts
S - 1/4 cup blueberries
D - baked chicken wings dipped in spicy ranch (home made)
10 sizes lost, 1 or 2 to go!

Wasn't hungry this morning, didn't pack lunch.
Snackage of beef sticks and sunflower seeds so far.
Lunch will be tuna packet of some flavor.
Most likely burgers for dinner.
