Breadfruit low carb?

Just wondering if I can eat breadfruit in induction? If yes how big if a portion?

Dec-Jan sz 12 - 14
Jan-Feb sz 10-12 <-- try and remain in it if possible

Start Date: January 2007. Have kept weight off over 10 years.
Not a good idea for induction, or probably any time after. Breadfruit is very starchy. A quarter of a small breadfruit has 26 grams of carb and 4.7 grams of fiber, for a total of 21.3 grams net carb.
