D= 5 oz. Pan Fried Flounder and a Cup of Steamed Bok Choy With Mushrooms Pot of Dandelion Root Tea in the Evening

happy monday! i had a weird gain of 4 lbs yesterday and then today it said 2lbs less. so moral of the story, weigh myself less! ha! no, actually, i think i was freaking out about being successful. i am gonna just try to not stress

b- iced coffee with almond milk and mct oil
l - 2 eggs, 2 bacon rashers, 2 cups of spinach, half an avocado
d - dunno....probably smoothie. so hot today!
