Those last few recipes look amazing.

The Lemon cookies look like muffins though.

Jamie, I like to use the dressing from your recipe for coleslaw and instead of the cabbage, I use 'broccoli slaw'. Really good!!

You know, I wish I could find broccoli slaw. I have yet to find it, but everyone keeps telling me it's pretty marvelous. I hope I can find some! I could just try to make it, but please. I mean really. Me + knives...

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 C erythritol
2 TBS Truvia
Mix/whip all the ingredients together. Make sure they are room temperature before you begin.

1 and 1/4 C coconut/almond/hazelnut flour
1/2 tsb cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
pumpkin seeds

Add dry ingredients into the egg mixture. Mix it up and set aside for a few minutes.
You can make muffins or cookies or "bread" out of it.
Bake at 350 for cca 20 mins (it takes a shorter time if you are in a higher elevation - Colorado, etc.)
Did you use a combination of these flours or just one? They look good

Hi, I used a combination of coconut and almond flours...the rate doesn't matter. Hazelnut flour may be too bitter so go easy on it.

Wow everything looks so good in the pictures that everyone has posted. I made this the other night and it turned out really good. Hamburger, cabbage, rainbow of peppers, and radishes. Fried it in olive oil and a little butter with seasoning salt. MMMMMMMMMMMMM. No clue on carb count but I don't think it's very much. Can't find the attachment icon so I can't insert picture. have to get that one figured out.

I have only tried cooked radishes a couple of times and wasn't particularly fond of them. I might just have to try your concoction Bill.

I'm not sure the radishes did a whole lot for it but I had them and they didn't take away from it. Radishes fried really don't have a lot of taste. Fried in butter they are a little better.

What does a person have to do to get pictures into the threads?

No there is a "el pollo loco"-style marinade, and cream cheese with green chile mixture coating on these too. Here is a link to recipe --
