Down day today.
Its my father's birthday and we're going out to a German restaurant for dinner. The plan for dh and I is to not eat all day, then just share an entree at dinner. No wine, apps, bread, or dessert. ![]() Hopefully, by sharing, I'll keep my calories to under 700. Its going to be a bit tougher day today. Edited to add: Talked to dh (after looking at the restaurant menu!). We're going to eat a "regular" dinner tonight, and then tomorrow for our up day just keep it a bit lighter. Yum! Schnitzel!!! Edited to RETRACT: We're making today an up day. Easier than jiggering everything else around. Yay!!! L: grilled cheese sandwich, broccoli salad D: Steak Schnitzel, Beer, dessert! wow got really shaky so I made an egg sandwich (large egg + a vitabun for 170 cals). That's why I leave myself calorie wiggle room

add 3 pieces maki (carrot & avocado) to that... I made a "bento" for tomorrow's lunch cause i'll work for a big event and I accidentaly (yeah right!) ate the extremities of the maki roll while cutting it.... stuff happens....

I think things really taste good when we're limiting our calories so much. I manage to eat a lot, though, for my 500 calories!

probably 80 ounces of ice water with fresh lemon squeezed in 16 ounces Bentley's Mango Green tea w/ ice and lemon Hot chocolate/mocha cappuccino w/ 2 tsp Extra Virgin Coconut oil in it All my daily vitamins at the same time for great absorption Dinner will be 4 ounces of salmon on a bed of shredded cabbage Steamed brocolli Probably half cup of fat free, plain Greek yogurt w/ vanilla extract stirred in before bed. Oh, it's a DD today.

bk-coffee black and SF jello cup lunch 1/2 c asparagus dinner 2 soft taco's Sn-egg roll Went a little over my 500 (650 cals) but I still did good for my first DD. I ran 1/2 mile also, and got 40 oz of water in along with a few extra cups of coffee!

Went waaaaay over on my UD calories, by about 700, due to champagne and other unplanned events. But oh I had so much fun! Haven't been out past midnight in so long. My scale and I will not be the best of friends for days ahead, but it was worth it.
