I am like you with the bones....what I do is put the can contents into my food processor and mix all up. This works great.

My son couldn't handle any bones, so I started whirring the salmon in the food processor with the eggs and no one noticed any bones (which are really good for us)

I never bought a can of salmon after that. I never even knew that was in there. I wondered why the bigger cans were cheaper than the smaller ones......I just buy it in the pouches now.

I make salmon patties too...add an egg, some onion and parm cheese. Good for breakfast with fried eggs or dinner too.

Went to google to see if I could find some recipes for canned salmon (small ones like the tuna that are boneless) Up pops up our glorious recipe help room here! I should have went here first.

Been looking for things to eat that are very low carb for lunch so I bought a few cans of salmon and tuna for this week.

These suggestions are great. Since this is an old thread any new ideas? I have in the past scrambled eggs with salmon too that is really tasty
