Actually, it was very good. I made chocolate instead of vanilla (husband is a chocaholic). I used 1 3/4 cups of vanilla unsweetened almond milk and 1/4 cup cream. I used a blend of liquid splenda and stevia for the sweetener. I put about a half teaspoon of glucomannan in the milk mixture. I added about two tablespoons of cocoa powder to the eggs and beat them well. After I added the eggs to the mix, I added about another half teaspoon of gluc, then the vanilla and butter.

I wanted it a little bit "fluffier" so I dumped it into my cuisinart and ran it for about a minute with the steel blade. Perfect! Thick and fluffy. I put it in four custard cups and we ate two of them still warm. It's a "keeper" for sure.
