Those of you NOT following LC

Do you worry about "wheat belly" or "why we get fat" now that you know about these things, but are choosing to lose weight another way (IF)? I was just wondering because now that I have read (and agree) with a lot of what's been said about sugar, wheat and all the white stuff...I want to know if you feel that you could be losing more if you stayed strictly low carb, if you could be feeling any differently, etc.

Anyone feel like sharing?
