Hi everyone
So basically I have been following juddd for almost two weeks and have been feeling great, apart from being cold all the time. Does anyone else notice this?
Was very surprised on this woe too that my down days seem to be so much easier than my up days, am struggling to meet the upday calorie quota, if I'm constantly under do you think it will make much difference to my losses.
