Hello, newbie seeking induction advice, please

Hi, I'm on Day 3 of induction and I THINK am doing it ol but can't find any ketostix to buy!!

so I'm not sure I'm in ketosis! I have stuck to the ratios, I think, and have just had first bullet coffee (yuk!) as I don't eat much meat except chicken so hard to get fat in me...

felt dreadful last night, v achy, low low energy, splitting headache but have woken up feeling ok so wonder if ketosis has started?

also, wanted to ask - have been trying to stick to under 13g carbs a day, is that few enough to ensure ketosis

want to lose a stone and never done atkins before, though generally low-carb in a vague way when in the zone!

Why only 13 g of carbs??? you need to eat at least 20. Vegies lots! You probably feel so bad because you need more carbs.

Lots of water too , you can usually taste ketosis, its a funky taste in your mouth.
