So I have been trying to lose weight since January 2017. I only have went off the low carb regime for one month. I had lost about 30 pounds this year, but gained back 12 pounds during that month. My clothes fit the same as it did with my lowest weight, so maybe water weight?

Anyways, I am feeling frustrated doing low carb and keto most of time, and not really making any headway. I really haven't lost weight since May.

I have done JUDDD in the past with great results. My problem this time is that I work night shift and I am finding JUDDD difficult. I stay on day shift on my days off. My sleep schedule is really wacky.

So I am back again. I really want JUDDD to work.

So here goes!!!
