Grammy on post #61 is my pork bone broth. I drink it everyday sometimes twice a day.
Chicken and beef broth , you might make a little different. Bone broth will help heal your gut flora. If you need a recipe for either or both just let me know.Always cook for 12 to 24 hours ( in my crockpot) so that you get the richness of your bones.
Boullion cubes have a major amount of salt that I don't like. I control everything when I make my own. It's helping alot.
Do you know how to make pizza crust & taco shells using zucchini or cauliflower with no cheese? If you want a recipe let me know.
