BLT Avocado Toast (using smartbun)

*This makes 2 servings of either halves or 2 1/4 buns, since they're pretty thick and can be sliced into 2 rounds each half.

BLT Avocado Toast

1 Smartbuns
2 oz avocado, peeled, pitted
4 Slices, Center Cut Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 whole, Chopped Tomato - Roma Tomato
1 cup shredded, Lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
Salt and pepper to taste

Toast the smartbun to your favorite crispness. If you are cutting them into 4 rounds, this is better in a toaster oven to prevent them breaking or burning.
Gently mix the remaining ingredients and top the toasted buns with it.

You can hold out the lettuce from the mix and pile it on top, if you prefer.
