New to Carbulose

I have eaten paleo in the past and have avoided grains and grain-like substances for a while. I'd really like to learn how to use the carbulose I bought, particularly with a bread type of recipe. I also like coconut and almond flours, but so far, have ended up with a goopy mess. Google has not been my friend when it comes to finding recipes for bread. I thought maybe one of you who has been at this a while might have some suggestions.

Thanks in advance!

Go to the sticky of Kevin's recipes. He has many recipes with it. I just posted a few days ago the bun recipe I use that utilizes his flour mix. I'm terrible at posting links. It it is titled Buns from Kevin's flour mix. That recipe also makes good bread. His flour mix is listed on the second to last entry on his breads thread. You can find his recipes in the memorial to kevinpa: his best recipes. Then go to the sticky -Kevin's bread biscuit bun and roll recipes.

Thank you so much. I'll do a search and see what I can find!

So many people are going gluten / wheat free now. I don't have a problem with either so carbalose and VWG are fine with me. I'm so much happier with the breads made with them and am willing to stick with it when more normal breads are in my diet. On the other hand I do have to be very careful not to overdo them. The temptation is strong to eat too much of them.
