The Jay Robb protein powder I have is a "whey protein isolate".
Not sure how to answer, sorry.

I think it is very forgiving recipe. I use no egg white powder , I use real egg whites.

I use plant protein powder instead of why protein powder. I can't use them and it's very forgiving and lets me work with the foods I can use.

May we all live our life as long as we want!

More good brands for unflavored whey protein isolate: NOW brand, Isopure, Piping Rock, Bulk Supplements.
