Good morning. I've been awake since 4am, just not out of bed.

Thing 1 and the kid up the road finished tied for last place in their fishing tournament. But they had fun.

My goal for this Blitz...not to step on the scale until the end! Yep, I don't see that happening either.

me neither, Gibbs!

I can gauge my progress every time I put my pants on. I will get weighed at the doctor around New Year's. it is still warm in here, as soon as I turn off the fan. chances are, I will be able to start cooking again by Christmas. Love & Profits: FLATFERNGHI

Thanks FF for getting the new blitz started!

DH and I got off to a good low carb start on Monday. Bacon and eggs for breakfast and a beef stroganoff concoction for dinner both nights. Dinner tonight will be hamburgers. Hard boiled eggs for snacks.

Chris, sorry thing 1 didn't win but having fun is what it's all about. I may weigh once a week if I feel thinner.

FF, wish I had some pants that feel loose. Thank goodness for stretch pants.

Haven't eaten much the past week...every time I eat my stomach hurts. I think it's stress. All though I can't say that's having any affect on the scale. Still going down very very slowly.

Here's hoping we all have a good Blitz!

The old man brought me a Subway salad at work today. And it's a good thing, I forgot to bring something.

It's been a boring day, not that I'm complaining, but I'm ready to go home.

Sweet of your husband Chris.

Boring night for me last night.
Sometimes due to scheduling my dept does not have work and we have to help out in other areas instead. ugh

FF, most of the guys are just getting their winter hunting beards going

On that no shave note, the old man had a stress test yesterday and they shaved his chest. It looks funny. Good thing it will grow back, I like his chest hairs.

My dad's a deer hunter too! I'm not a huge fan of red meat, but I have always loved venison, especially the tenderloin.

hi guys,
just came from my oldest son's house...all the kids and grandkids were there to watch the baseball game...fun night...ate the insides of a steak bomb sub and some chicken wings...

been eating very low carb but too many calories i think as the scale isn't moving although my clothes are fitting looser...

mediations are so busy, i'm not getting home until late evenings most nights...good to see everyone hanging in there...my goal for this blitz is to get below 220 lbs. by the end...it's been way too long!

not sure if i posted this before, but it's emmy and our two little flower girls...

Am up early this morning, can't sleep, so I'm enjoying coffee and music while the herd still sleeps.

Thing 2 has a bowling meet today, need to buy him black slacks first. Why!! Looking nice is one thing, let's hope they're comfortable.

I guess I should try and make a grocery list out.

I've lost my water weight getting back to low carb and am down 4 pounds since Sunday!

Tony, my goal is 5 pounds of FAT this blitz. Sure hope DH stays low carb for the duration.

I brought more wood into garage this morning and stacked it on the rack I put together. Hope it stays together.

Lol

I made some copy cat chick filet nuggets before we went strict low but also fried about 10 nuggets using a low carb recipe They were not bad. Will marinate in dill pickle juice next time like I did the copy cat recipe for more flavor. The low carb version was 1/3 cup each of parmesan cheese, finely crushed pork skins, and almond flour. Dipped them in egg and milk first.

Good morning!

Music is usually bluegrass, yesterday was Ozzy' s Boneyard on SiriusXM, classic heavy rock. The kids call my choices old lady music. The old man does too. Add the 70's and the classical music and that's my usual choices. Anything but country,

Today's plan, absolutely nothing. Except coffee, gotta have my coffee. I'd better do some laundry, the herd may appreciate it.

Did some window shopping for house stuff this weekend...mostly things I can't afford! Haven't been able to go to the park at all because it's been raining both days.

I'm planning to go back to intermittent fasting this week. I have two months until my birthday and I'd love to drop some serious pounds by then. IF has always helped, and I hope that it'll help me save some money on groceries too.

I did sing it Chris but have to work 5 nights total. Hoping our dept is still on the no overtime list.

DH weighed today and was bummed he only lost 3 pounds all week. I thought that was good but in the past when he stays off the carbs he has seen a bigger drop.

Hey guys,
We are off to California in the morning. The Marine is finally returning from his deployment!!!
I have been trying to stay on the bandwagon but have failed miserably.
Hopefully, will be back on it after he returns back after his leave but of course with the holidays it is not going to be easy.........
Will try to update my progress when I return..

congrats on getting your son back, sara!...have fun in cali...

abs, the chicken was amazing!...after an egg wash and light breading, i basted the chicken with a mixture of vegetable oil, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, paprika, garlic and onion powder...it was HOT and Vincent and i enjoyed it!...tell your husband that i said 3 lbs. is awesome!

good luck with the i.f. artemis...if i were left to my own devices, i would eat like that all the time...it messes with my blood sugar, so i have to eat more regularly than i'd like...

chris, congrats on your office!...how is ozzie osbourne "old lady" music?...haha

sarah LOVES chik fillet!

watched the game at my oldest son's house tonight...emmy joined us for a few innings...nice time!

New office, woot woot! When I started at my current job, it was the first real office I ever had. I think I'm the only one in our office who doesn't have theirs decorated. It just seems like a lot of trouble. I do have a couple of orchids that haven't died yet.

First day of IF was a success. I lost 1.8 lbs. I may play around with IF on some days some days regular. My body gets adjusted very quickly.
