I have to get on the ball more since my daughter and I said we'd reach our Goal weight by Christmas! As she said, "Game on"! I'm spending Christmas with her and family in CA. Looking forward to it!

I sent her Dr. Johnson's book for her birthday in July and she started the program four days later. And here I thought she wouldn't like it!

My goal is to continue to maintain within my range of 100-108lbs, allowing for my usual excursions relating to pain management, muscle swelling, fluid shifts etc. Overall my goal is to maintain my body fat level somewhere between 20-25%.

Thank you P0rtia and sloppail! I feel a little awkward being the only fat person on this link! Hopefully the downward trend will continue for me! I recently had a bad result from my fasting blood work showing the start of diabetes; I'm really hoping that if my weight comes down..... so will my fasting glucose!

I didn't tell the doctor I was doing this particular diet, but she just told me that if my weight comes down, she was pretty confident that my glucose reading would improve! We will see....

My goal is to continue to maintain within my range of 100-108lbs, allowing for my usual excursions relating to pain management, muscle swelling, fluid shifts etc. Overall my goal is to maintain my body fat level somewhere between 20-25%.
