My goal for Oct is either 145 pounds or fit into my size 6 black pants. (because my scale likes to lie) I will be happy with either.
9/30/17 - 152 - UD 10/01/17 - 153 - DD 10/02/17 - 153 - UD 10/03/17 - 154 - DD 10/04/17 - 152 - UD ( I saw 151.8 on my other scale)

My goal is to continue to maintain within my range of 100-108lbs, allowing for my usual excursions relating to pain management, muscle swelling, fluid shifts etc. Overall my goal is to maintain my body fat level somewhere between 20-25%.
01 Oct. 109.6lbs UD 02 Oct. 110.8lbs DD 03 Oct. 109.2lbs UD 04 Oct. 110.2lbs DD 05 Oct. 109.4lbs UD I'm taking WLM action. I am so ready to be reliably <110lbs again and on on a downward path to my comfortable range (102-105lbs). This extra weight is helping neither my shoulders nor my lower back. |

My goal is to continue to maintain within my range of 100-108lbs, allowing for my usual excursions relating to pain management, muscle swelling, fluid shifts etc. Overall my goal is to maintain my body fat level somewhere between 20-25%.
01 Oct. 109.6lbs UD 02 Oct. 110.8lbs DD 03 Oct. 109.2lbs UD 04 Oct. 110.2lbs DD 05 Oct. 109.4lbs UD 06 Oct. 110.0lbs DD I'm taking WLM action.
