Oh I know those days! Fortunately we all know that our good mojo comes back around and gets us back on track. Do the best you can Jeanie, doesn't have to be stills. Cut sugar first if it's hanging around being bothersome then cut whatever is next on your plans bad list. One thing at a time. Don't need to be perfect. And don't stress about it, I swear that makes it worse sometimes.

Added a big salad with tuna to my potato day last night. It was delicious. And needed. Doing all potatos strict today. Held steady on the scale, which is fine. Off to start my day....

My dear we are barely keeping this thread alive. And I'm not on stillmans at the moment. I will be back to it, probably in a week or so....

Made it through my goal of low carb/fat in Sept. Lost most in the first 10 days, and only about 4 lbs the rest of the month. Still, it was a good month! Not sure what I'll do next. Regular low carb today. I might try alternate day fasting. Maybe. I'd like to lose another 15 lbs before the holidays, because Nov/Dec are typically rough for me.

I'm still here! Get it, "still" here.... lol. I haven't been posting as much maybe because my drive to do serious Stills is waning at the moment. I weighed yesterday and was 124.8- so I'm really happy to be maintaining while doing a looser version. I've been writing down calories and carbs on my bedroom calendar each night for about 3.5 months and I haven't binged since June 25. Sometimes I wonder if stopping the binge behavior is what has helped me maintain/stop the slow pound creep that always causes me to overreact into some sort of restriction!? Idk, but I seeem to have stabilized in both my behaviors and obsessions so for that I'm grateful.

I think tomorrow I will try to do stricter Stills for 4 days. Anyone want to join me?

Very nice maintaining! I'll be back to stills maybe after this week. But I'll be here hanging out. Stabilizing in behavior too probably the most effective towards your maintenance. Great job!

Love it! Hitting a month goal like that. With that slowdown the second half I always figure its time to change it up too. I like fasting too.

So, I lost 14 lbs in 30 days! I looked back at my weight history, when I was originally losing weight 3 years ago. It took me 4 months to go from my current weight of 181 to 165. It was really tough to lose that--I switched back and forth from high fat to low fat, hi to lo protein, up days and down days...Sigh. It was tough.
So, I think I will take a week of just eating regular low carb, and then try this again. I really want to lose this weight before the holidays. Every year, the holidays have been kicking my butt. I need to find a way to make this way of eating sustainable.

No baby yet, false alarm though and hospital sent them back home after no progress.

Melissa- I hope your four stricter days go well. Today I plan to get back to high protein and lower fat before I attempt anything more strict.

Finally dropped another 1. Thought I would be up cause I made chicken crust homemade pizza. Thought the pepperoni and sausage salt would get me. First time I've made the crust with chicken and I was seriously impressed. Like it way better than cauliflower crust. Made my own sauce and I had that pizza just loaded with toppings. Ate at 4 cause I couldn't take the smell anymore. So if you have a hankering for pizza try that chicken crust.

Good job Jeanie, take it slow, go easy on yourself.

Better- that is fabulous for the month. Hoping I can have a spectacular month for October cause this last lb I dropped today finally, .was a real pain. I think I finally broke through a plateau.

So I'm on all potatos today. Pizza last night was a nice break, a couple days of potatos now.

I will have to try that chicken crust. I bought a whole box of the cauli crusts a couple of months ago and have yet to try them!

I'm on eggs and plain turkey today. Fasting til lunch. Cals were a bit high yesterday. DH had a work event we went to but it was just apps. I didn't eat dessert but def higher cals and fat. Lil slider burgers with no bun and more cheese than I'm used to, lol. Back to business today!
