Yes Debby, it's hard to keep up with exercise and eating plans when your heart is not into it.

Sharon, did you buy or just walk?

Susan, glad it is time to get those snow tires off, here there is a law, they have to be off by May 1, they can ticket you if you don't do that

It was my 7 month old puppy. I was so attached to her. She got into a bottle of cleaner & poisoned herself.
Goodness, I'm so sorry for you that have lost family members. That would be so hard.

Wow Doris I didn't know it was a law to remove snow tires.
I have to take the other car in now to get those removed too.

Awww Debbie feeling your pain.

Exercise for Friday:

1 hr Exercise class, weights upper body and mat work gluts and thigh work

1/2hr dancing in the kitchen to big band music

short walk with my little doxie.

Time to build and ARK, Loretta!!! Wow!

Did 1 hr. 30 min. bike time, and the rest of the day, cutting veggies, preparing food, and cleaning up before my brother and sis in law arrived. Then we yakked alot, lol.

Hi,
Finished up Phase 2 on this new thing I'm doing. Had to keep to strength training in this phase. So, 15 minutes ab on flex-force. Plus walking & running up & down stairs as per usual.

Had to finish up with accountant today. But its done.
DH was in a bow-shoot event all day & will be half of tomorrow too. I just didn't feel up to socializing or being outside for 9 hrs. Nice to relax & just do my own thing today.
