special fried cauli rice with shrimp, scallops, green onion, bell pepper and an egg - basically, clean out the fridge stir fry!!

Pork riblets, Mississippi style, stuck them in the crock pot just now with a pack of ranch, a pack of au jus, butter, and the pepperonichi things

Late afternoon munchies! In DANDR (book), Dr. Atkins said, "if you're hungry, eat" and am being mindful not to skip food if I feel genuine hunger. Had some oral surgery last week and am finally feeling like I can eat solids, but am still careful about chewing things thoroughly, which is slowing me down and helping with feeling full.

B - 2 coffees w 1/2-1/2 and Davinci's syrup, plain Eggbeaters
L - Chx thigh meat and ham w some avocado, Diet Coke
S1 - Big bite of bacon strip, Eggbeaters
S2 - Few bites chx thigh, GG Bran Crispbread w egg mashed w mayo, Diet Coke
D - "Fauxtato" salad made with cauliflower, chx thigh meat, Jell-O w some CARBmaster yogurt as topping, coconut seltzer water

825 cals, 7 net carbs
