Famished a good part of the day for no reason, but still kept at induction-level carbs--phew!

B - Coffee w 1/2-1/2 and Davinci's syrup, chopped chx thigh w mayo, couple bites CARBmaster yogurt
S - Some tuna mixed w mayo and a GG Bran Crispbread, SF apple cider
L - Chopped pork roast w Just Awesome sauce, shirataki noodles w cheddar, 1/2 SF Reese's cup
S - Rotisserie chx breast, slice of bacon
D - Large salmon portion w some tartar sc, 1/2 cup cauli fauxtato salad, Jell-O topped w CARBmaster yogurt, 1/2 SF Reese's cup

1,486 cal, 12 net carbs

I’m new but I’ll play...sure I’m doing this wrong but it’s my first week and I’m trying.

B: Atkins shake, one cube of cheese.
S: More cheese
L: hard salami, Atkins shake, cheese
S: I didn’t have time
D: 6 chicken pieces from zaxbys, honey mustard dipping sauce.

I’ll likely be hungry after I put the kids to bed and I’ll fry up two eggs with coconut oil spray.

I’ve lost 6 pounds this week so far, so while I don’t have this totally figured out, I am working hard at it.
