DD Friday, what's on the menu?
B: black coffee
D: may make a fish tacos: pan fry a tilapia fillet (Old Bay seasoning, cooking spray) until crisp; split a joseph's pita into 2 rounds, fill with shredded cabbage or lettuce tossed w/a little fat free ranch dressing and the fish - about 160 cals for 2 tacos
Snack: iced americano w/2T half and half (40)
S: no idea, maybe romaine and tuna tossed together with olive garden light dressing (120 cals)
Subject to change, I have zero hunger so far today.
