Bike time for sure today. Reading another good book about protective services and child abuse. The social worker left her own child in her locked up car in temps over 90 and now she is under investigation for neglect.

That bike will be going fast.

We walked 2 miles at the Wal Mart, lol!

When I listen to books I do it on my Ipod. Music too works well on Ipod. I can download songs for free from the library, Freegal music site. Right now into old country.

Regular bike, house walk, bike but no workout today.

I did new stretches after getting out of bed. Helps me to go faster to get to the other end of the house where the kitchen is.

Wall pushups different parts of the house, miss my high master bed to do some sets there. Thatís it, no Silas today, we are sitting in the waiting room of the car dealership to have all the stuff done, oil, tires and whatever else plus a free wash.

Iíve never had an iPod . The kids have that, Buffie wears hers when she walks or goes to the gym. At home, I ask Alexa for music or play my weird CDís. Only when Iím alone.

Hope you get some bike time in.

Got up very early and did three sets of Jack LaLannes in the living, I was very quiet, not one sound from the dogs, Back in the room for awhile.

Glad the dogs were quiet Doris.

I love my Pod, fits in my pocket and can play music or books using my ear buds. Works great. Not much different that the ipad except a lot smaller.

Regular stuff. Out side to walk for 30 min plus 40 on the bike. Not sure about more bike time today.

I did wall pushups quietly, and then some more wrist exercises, keep forgetting to do them more often, because I need them, when cutting up veggies, especially. And ripping open boxes from Amazon, lol.

I just now got done washing floors, and we potted petunias and emptied pots to fill next week, after the yard workers trim and weed everything. Iím not doing anything more, Silas will be here in an hour.

Doris, isn't it nice to be out in the yard working. I love watching things grow. Had some baby spinach on my salad last night since no romaine available.

1.5 hours of quite challenging Yoga class.

Today another Epsom salts soak in the tub. Ha!

I missed my classes while I was away.
