My carbs are horribly boring. If you want interesting, ask me about my eyeshadow. lol.. My veggies were the highest & they were pretty low - broccoli, cauliflower & onion.

I ate 325 gm of wild onions, wild chives, smooth vetch, carolina geranium, chickweed, lemony sorrel and curly doc soaked up in boiling hot mulligatawny type soup. Probably had 10gm of macros total.

Chick weed is a super food apparently, but they keep harping about tea - why not eat the whole plant. Its pretty edible, IMHO a lot better than kale or even spinach.
The painful one to harvest and clean IMHO is Vetch. Its tendrils tangle up everything.
Lemony sorrel is awesome as is the wild chives and onions.
Curly dock is easily cut and cleaned but not that nutrient dense. Has low macros so works great as a filler.
C Geranium is a close second to lemony sorrel - but easier to get and collect up a bunch.

And 2 shots of vodka in the last 4 hours.
Somehow I am feeling sleepy now, imagine that. LOL Insulin - probably not, but the alcohol sure has kicked in.

Yesterday: where do I start? the cheese sticks my son made at school? the entire bag of pistachios? the two tiny pieces of cheesecake that have been in my freezer since December? The only saving grace is that I almost allowed myself two slices of bread with my ham and cheese, but managed to draw the line. Today is not quite as bad as yesterday, and hopefully tomorrow will be better than today. LC ain't always easy!
