Chicken skins

Somewhere on here, there's a thread about fixing chicken skins. I can't find it! Please help. Thanks. All I remember is bake them.

What I do is pull the skins off breasts and thighs, spread them out on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet, fat side down, sprinkle with garlic salt and roast at 400* til they're crispy to my liking. I love the things!

Golly, gee wiz... and here, all these decades I've been frying up the skins into cracklin's, pouring the grease into my refrigerator shmaltz pot, then giving the skins to the dog as treats. All my dogs over the years have gone bonkers for them, and I like that they're 100% natural. Never occurred to me to eat them myself. People actually eat them? Who knew?? Will have to sneak one the next time to try it, but my pooch is not going to be happy about it.

This sounds amazing! I will have to try it next time I have chicken with skin. I usually buy boneless skinless breasts because chicken on bones is yucky (to me).
