Delicious turkey tacos

I made this the other day, tossing stuff together, and it was seriously delicious, so I will share it:

Saute 1 small (or 1/2 regular) finely grated carrot and 1/4 minced red onion in 1-2 T. olive oil for about ten minutes, stirring, on medium-high until pretty cooked.

Season to taste with dried oregano, dried ground cumin, salt, pepper, garlic powder (could be fresh and pressed as well), and chili powder (I got pretty heavy on all spices). Drizzle with juice from 1/2 a lime.

Add 1/2 lb. ground turkey and more olive oil if needed, and cook on medium-high, squishing it up until it's cooked through.

Spoon into romaine lettuce leaves and top with sour cream.

This made 1 serving for me.
