I think if you read back through the tthread, the recipe posted in the first post is 1/2 a recipe and the nutr. facts are for a full recipe.

I think, it's been a while since I read the whole thing.

yes I read that but my question was if I make the entire recipe what size pan should be used. My main concern is what sweetner to use. I read that some will make it taste grainy and splenda is a bad choice. I have the brand" ideal" and was wondering if it would work well.

If using gelatin, at what point would you add it? At the end?
BTW Beeb, that picture is making me want to lick my computer screen! I've been dreaming of fudge for days and here is the recipe I need!
Thanks for sharing!

LOL about licking the screen! It is just so good, believe me you will want to eat it all! I would add the gelatin in place of the protein powder but not with the protein powder. It's either one or the other, if I remember correctly. HTH!

want to make this fudge...

I know this is an old post BUT I want to make this...I NEED FUDGE.
What I'd like to know....
....many new sweetener available now so is anyone using something different? I have sukrinn granular/ powders and syrup, stevia, ezsweetz, eritorol
....what kind/ brand of protein powders are you using? I need one with no soy. Do you think this brand will work?
NutraBio Natural 100% Whey Protein Isolate - Sweetened with Stevia - 2 pounds Vanilla - NO Soy, NO Whey Concentrate, NO Amino Acid Spiking just 100% Pure WPI.

It is $50!!!! and I don't have any on hand...never have had.
....if I splurge will it work in other recipes calling for protein powder, just wondering.

Any help/suggestions would be very much appreciated.
TIA, Elaine

Those of you who have made this....how BIG is a scoop of protein powder. I have several brands and they all have scoops of different sizes!

Sharon, I think somewhere in the thread it was decided to use 1/3 cup as as the scoop measurement. My original recipe from this thread uses 2/3 cup for the total amount of PP.
