Anyone have Chocolate eclair recipe?

Hi everyone! I tried making a keto chocolate eclair recipe. While the vanilla cream I made is great, my eclairs are almond tea biscuits. Does anyone have a recipe for the low carb eclair dough?

Maybe this will help:

And for the chocolate topping, see my hot buttered fudge rum sauce in the BochaSweet thread. If you chill it for several hours, it makes a very thick, fudgy, spreadable "frosting" for your éclairs. If it gets too thick to spread well, just give it a slight warm up in the micro and stir well until it reaches your desired consistency.

And here's the entire thread. Lots of experimentation to read about: http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/sh...6#post17356576

Thank you baricat! I tried this recipe. http://www.criski.com/keto-eclairs/

The vanilla filling is great. I might have messed it up by sticking the dough in the fridge for a while before adding eggs. The funny thing is the dough for the eclairs didn't rise at all but if a little bit of sweetener was added they make a good almond biscuit for tea.

I appreciate the threads and will check them out.
