21 Day Fix
Is there anyone else out there currently doing this?
I am on Day 1. I have the workout videos and container sizes (don't have the actual containers themselves but have the sizing so I can measure everything out) Already stressing about doing this workout when I get home.. ![]() Was hoping we could have a little support group to discuss daily meal plan, workout, success etc. Reach out if you are in this boat with me!

Looks like i'm the only one doing it!
![]() I was in the 1200-1499 range, but with the portions I am having a hard time getting to 1100 let alone 1500. I had quite a range of food yesterday and was quite full most of the day.. Kind of a nice change vs. trying to eat as little as possible!!

i bought all the stuff and did the 21 day plan for about a week and really didnt see a loss...I was/am so upset due to fact i bought the stuff,,,planned out my menus weekly...got a beachbody coach...calculated my daily numbers....I couldnt eat all the food i was supposed too and i am thinking the fruit and ww bread i had was my downfall..even though it is allowed, i think my stubborn body doesnt want it......I am taking a break the rest of this week and going to start very low carb on Mon...sigh

Don't give up on this!!
I am on Day 10 and just starting to see a the scale change.. (I actually finished last week up a lb from the week before) HOWEVER.. My body looks drastically different and I feel amazing. (And trust me, I was loathing this plan and workout day 1-5) I am now down 7lbs and at least 3 inches around my waist. Give it time to work and push yourself during the workouts.. I promise you'll see results.

Are you doing low carb with the 21 day fix? I am starting the workouts tomorrow. I'm not sure about the meal plan- Seems high calorie wise and I feel better on low carb. Methought so since you've been following?

I am not following as low carb but I do really watch whats going into my yellow containers. The workouts are a killer and I think the carbs are pretty essential to rebuilding the muscles, however that being said I am pretty well just getting all my carbs from fruits and veggies instead of potato or wild rice. (those still scare me). I average about 50-60 net carbs a day, most come from my juice I make in the morning.

It's a good plan, I really did enjoy it.. I did it for a month and a half.
Just started Jillians 30 Day Shred yesterday - Very curious to see the variation in results!
