September 1st Medi Weight Loss starts NOW!!!!

Week 1 Day 1 going great!!!!

Breakfast: 4 Egg Whites and 2 jimmy dean sausage patties 168 cal
Lunch: 4 0z. Chicken breast 123 cal
Snack: 1 cup simple truth organic low sodium chicken broth. O cal
Dinner: 7.5 oz cooked shrimp. 210 cal
Total: 501 calories

H20. 1 Gallon of water
16 oz smart water for electrolytes

Taking Bontril 3 times a day
Phenermine makes me irritable
Taking all the other medi fast supplements
vita Super 1per day with food
Calcium 4 blend 1per day
Fat burner 2 per day
Inner balance 3 per day (I'm normally constipated)
Enteric coated omega 3 (2 per day)

Day 1 Success (no exercise for 7 days)

They so no exercise but go for a moderate 15 min walk every other day to amp your first week. 5'3 and I just want to be in a normal BMI

I went for a walk today. it was so nice out and i couldn't resist. Day 7 tomorrow for me can't wait for my first weigh in. Aren't egg whites amazing. you can have so much and they are so low cal.

Wait a minute, don't tell me the September thread begins and ends here? I was hoping to join in a big supportive bunch of slimmers...but a small supportive bunch will do!

I am in Eastern Europe where they dont have any clinics, so I'm doing it remotely. I would totally go for the meds and support if there were. 500-700 calories lean protein for the first week, then I'll add in 2 servings of vegetables. I haven't managed to give up my 2 daily coffees. Today is day 2, and I'm down a lb., to 186. Day 1 was horrible migraine headache day, though I had been limiting carbs before that too (though not so strictly).

See you on the October thread! I have 55 lbs to lose and this time it's all going and staying gone!
