Revised goals: 1950/500. No weight goal. 150 minutes aerobic exercise and 1-3 days weight lifting a week. Option to add back exercise cals used in a day.

1/2 - 199.6 - UD (MD fail ... I don't usually do MDs anymore, but I thought at the beginning of the year it would be worth a try. )
1/3 - 201.0 - UD - after this I should be able to do regular rotations.
1/4 - 203.4 - DD - double up days are not kind on the scale! And yesterday's was a high UD too. I don't see any more of these double UDs in my near future, fortunately.

You'd be making 2 separate meals like I do Used to be 3 different ones but my daughter has gone back to University DH has always been tall and skinny and, has no problem weighing himself fully clothed sometimes even with jacket and shoes on! But I digress

jdforshort, weighing yourself with clothes and shoes on is just not natural! I’ve told my husband that he’s going to meet major resistance if he wants me to start cooking every day again! I like cooking, but I enjoy it even more when it’s not so remorselessly frequent.

To be really honest, I don't cook when he is on call and works late. Just depends on the schedule. But I have to have the stuff ready in the fridge just in case. One advantage of Indian food is that it can be kept for a few days in the fridge or months in the freezer and still taste damn good!

back from 2 weeks off...and 10 of 14 lbs regained

1/13 195.6

Sad, but after two weeks of daily rice, noodles, occasional sweets, ice cream, etc. (it was all delicious) I can hardly expect any different.

Happy to be back!

Hm, you know a lot of that is water, sodium etc. after that carb fest so...maybe wait and see before deciding you've 'regained 10lbs' as there's a good chance a fair amount of that is just temporarily lodging with you and will be evicted after a week of rotations.

Jan 1 UD 148.4 I thought this was awful until I looked back at Jan 2012 and I was 148
Jan 2 DD 150.4 Now this was awful. Back on track today.

Jan 4 DD 150.6 A delayed gain from Jan 1 apparently
Jan 5 UD 148.8
Jan 6 DD 151.6
Jan 7 UD 148.6 down .2 of a pound
Jan 8 DD 149.8 On the bright side it is below 150

Jan 10 DD 148.2
Jan 11 UD 145.8
Jan 12 DD 148.0 My highest bounce isn't going over 148 which is good. I always have trouble losing in the winter so it is a struggle

My January goal is 121. I have changed my ultimate goal to 115. this was always actually what i was striving for, but was so discouraged i never thought i could make it. with JUDDD, i really think i can!

1/1 - 127.4 - basically a week of UD's
1/2 - 125.9 - post UD
1/3 - 124.8 - post DD
1/4 - 127.0 - post UD two majorily high sodium meals yesterday. i just KNEW they were going to come back and bite me in the ..... scale.
1/5 - 127.3 - post UUAD
1/6 - 128.4 - post UUAD. MUST. STOP. EATING.
1/7 - 127.1 - Post DD
1/8 - 127.4 - Post UD
1/9 - 124.9 - post DD
1/10 - 127.3 - Post UD - was hoping for a smaller bounce than this. i had a very controlled UD and spun (??) an hour. oh well!
1/11 - 127.6 - Post UD (turned into one thanks to the delightful hoagies jd brought home for dinner....)
1/12 - 129.3 Post UD
1/13 - 128.1 post DD
