Happy New years Eve!
Family all trying to recover from colds, mom still in the hospital. Looking forward to Palm Springs next week! I will probably fast breakfast only. Then come back for some serious fasting!

Doing 22:2 tonight....with champagne! lol. And bacon. hahah

Can u believe today is the last day of 2017! What a year it's been!

Hi, all. I had a lovely winter break, did not fast or do DD, am up a number of pounds and had an increase in knee and hip pain. I however am surprisingly unafraid! Got on treadmill today, going back to work tomorrow, looking forward to fasting all day and either having a small meal at night to make a DD or continue the fast if I feel able.

I don't feel like a bad person or a failure, although I am annoyed at life because I have to relose those pounds.

Oh well, onward- have a great tomorrow everyone!

Hi quiet, I think we are no longer afraid when we gain a few pounds, because we know how to get back on track and lose them again. It helps to know what works.

I should have said in my last post that it is a link to a new January 2018 Fung fasting thread. Hopefully you will want to join in there!
