Red or White, love me some grapes!

Okay, so I am drinking a nice little bowl of wine. White very dry, not sweet.
So what would be lower in carbs, Cab or Chard?
I so love my white!

Need to wine down after work you know..

According to my nutrition book, a 3.5 oz. glass of dry white wine is 1 carb, while the same size glass of dry red is 2 g carb. So it looks like your white is the way to go.

So happy to read this! My personal choice is white. I flush after a glass of red its so odd? Never happened before but it does it ever time.

Thanks Jakelilydad!
