Walked around the back yard, trying to see how much room we had to plant something different, and then walked the alley behind us, hadn't done that before, no one has a nice, neat garage, so we felt better about ours.

Lifted more boxes today, brought them into the living room, way to hot to be out in the sun room or garage to sort through them. That's it! Not a lot of time today.

30 minute dog walk followed by 20 minute run.
THEN...a hearty breakfast of steak and eggs! I could get to like this way of eating. Day 5 and 5 lbs gone. I know it's likely water, but still...

Walk and workout. Too hot for walking but we got the job done, 3.5 miles.

Lucky YOU Ron, 1lb a day sounds terrific!

5lbs gone, I would be ecstatic.

Keep up the good work.

Did weights today, kitchen counter pushups, and then the garage door wouldn't open and close, so had to be on the phone, calling a tech to come.

He spent time in the house this afternoon, couldn't get much done, except the dishes, lol. This garage door had never had any repair work done on it, ever. And so it goes, friends.

I'll post next weeks thread tonight.

Thanks SuSun but I fell off the wagon horribly last night,,,went to a party and ate all sorts of horrible (but tasty) stuff. Refuse to weigh myself today, and have climbed back onto the wagon!

And that, Ron, is how the ball rolls for most of us............

Tomorrow is a fresh start, weigh in, write it down, and move on.

We got in some walking today after all, up and down the alley, because the power went out and we met neighbors that way.
