Green Giant Riced Kohlrabi

Saw this in the freezer section today. Not sure what to do with it yet.
Any ideas? Kohlrabi is more "potatoey than ricey". At least to my taste buds. LOL

Excellent find! Kohlrabi makes excellent hashbrowns so I'm excited to try this!

Alexia frozen foods also makes a really good parmesan butternut squash risotto and parmesan cauliflower rice risotto! I find them to be much tastier than regular squash and risotto brands.

I still have a couple of kohlrabi in my fridge from when my blind friend gave me her "turnips" that turned out to be kohlrabi. I'm going to try one as a potato sub in a pot pie today.

I've been using the Birds Eye riced cauliflower with mushrooms and asparagus. We like it a lot. I just add butter and salt as a side dish, or use it as a base under something like smothered pork chops.
