a POLL - weight loss on JUDDD?

I see so many losses posted and have experienced my own so thought about taking this little poll. Thought it might be interesting.

1. How much did you weigh when you started JUDDD?

2. When did you start JUDDD, how long did it take before you saw a loss from it, and how much did you lose?

3. Did you have any unusual issue with weight loss (gaining too much, losing too much, stall, etc.), why, and what did you do about it?


My responses:

1. How much did you weigh when you started JUDDD?

2. When did you start JUDDD and how long did it take before you saw a loss?

I started Wed. Oct. 12, and by Fri. Oct. 14, I'd lost one pound. The next day, Sat. Oct. 15, I lost another pound. The next day, Sun. Oct. 17, I lost another pound.

So in four days, I had lost a total of 3# and weighed 147#.

3. Did you have any unusual issue with weight loss (gaining too much, losing too much, stall, etc.) why, and what did you do about it?

Yes! I began to eat way too many calories on every UD the following week, and by the weekend, I'd gained back all the weight.

I sat down and did some reviewing and figuring, came up with a more precise calorie range I needed, and began to stick to that.

So, it was like starting over. And therefore:

1. How much did you weigh when you started JUDDD?

150#

2. When did you start JUDDD, how long did it take before you saw a loss from it, and how much did you lose?


Restarted, you might say, on Sat. Oct. 22 and by Mon. Oct. 24, I'd lost 2#. By Sat. Oct. 29, I lost another pound. The next day, Sun. Oct. 30, I'd lost another pound.

So in 8 days, I lost 4# and weigh 146#.

Question #3 not relevant just yet, I don't think.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!
