L - yummy earth day special lunch at work... beef rib (seasoned but not bbq sauce, not sweet), cauli-rice, wilted cabbage bacon blue cheese salad and a couple slices zucchini

B: Cranberry walnut muffin with cream cheese ( make my muffins from 100% flax which I know not everyone agrees with but it's zero net carbs), boiled egg, coffee with cream
L: leftover grilled salmon and salad from Ruby Tuesday - love their salad bar! Salad was spinach, mushrooms, olives, artichoke hearts, broccoli, a cherry tomato,blue cheese and blue cheese dressing.
D: Chicken and dumplings (low carb - recipe from Buttoni on LCF), asparagus, green beans
S: half a Haas avocado, another boiled egg and 1/2 oz cheddar cheese
