Easter dinner planned:
pea salad(peas, light mayo, onions, cheese);
steamed cauliflower with a sprinkle of parmesan and garlic seasoning;
dinner rolls, probably none for me;
green salad w/lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, cucumber, salad peppers, red onion and olive garden light italian dressing
banana pudding (s/f instant banana pudding made with 1% milk and added cinnamon), cut up banana, a few vanilla wafers for garnish(fooling DH lol)
