Need ideas for staying OP on a long trip outside US

I have a trip coming up a few months later to India to attend a wedding.will be there a few weeks.

I am totally nervous about how to stay OP.
Not sure what type of foods are available where I stay.

I have several food allergies too, and I was thinking of making some home made protein bars but not sure that will not go stale.

I am used to keto and IF and was planning to do something similar.
here is a list of foods I have allergies to:

milk
yogurt
all nuts
legumes
gluten
corn
soy
whey protein
shellfish
agave
honey
can use eggs sparingly

usually one cannot find bacon strips, hard cheeses, cream cheese, sour cream, avocadoes as far as I know.
I may not have much access to kitchen.

my plan was to buy some protein powders, and make smoothies ,they usually would last me a couple of hours.
looked into an overwhelming selection of protein bars and powders and keto products online, some have my allergy foods in them, rest I do not know what to decide.

does anyone know Perfect keto protein powder tastes good?
I also need to figure out a blender that works with differnt voltages.

any ideas on how to survive this trip is welcome.

Pouches of tuna, packs of olives, you could take bacon bits or pre-cooked bacon (shelf stable); you can get powdered sour cream and powdered cheese, they reconstitute pretty well. I know you can get powdered milk and powdered egg whites, maybe even whole eggs.
It wouldn't be as good as all fresh, but you could make due

I would stick to veggies as close as you can and ask a lot of questions about what is served to you. A lot of indian food uses yogurt, legumes and probably nuts. Chick peas, lentils, cashews all figure quite prominently in indian cooking.

Wow, with your list of "can't eat items" - sounds like a tough go - but as Mandy says, ask a lot of questions and pick the things you CAN eat. Good luck!

What about temporarily switching over to a different plan, such as IF or vegan?

I'd be particularly careful about the nuts since they may be ground into sauces or other items. If your allergies are severe, be sure to take some effective allergy medicine with you and keep it on you - you don't want to be caught out trying to find it during a reaction! (Sorry I know you know this, just reminding :-) )
