I'm back and I have 200+ new friends with me...

I got all the way down to 260, now I'm around 465....Where do I start. Yikes. I used all my lowcarb bullets...Weight doesn't fall off me anymore.

Where to start - choose your plan, read it cover to cover, throw out the junk, stock up on the right foods and jump right back in. You can do this.

Welcome back! You have already started by coming back here. You are now a veteran of what going off plan means. I had to learn that lesson the hard way as well. The good thing is that is was a lesson well learned.

My problem is that I know too much for my own good. I need to go back to eating simple. No low recipes...

Recipes are the devil.

Meat, vegetables, eggs, cheese, seasonings, fat.

You can have a million different meals just from those choices.
