Congrats! I'm hoping the same thing will happen when the scale finally starts moving for me! How much are you down now?

GUYS!?!?!??!?!??!
What's up in here?!?!?!?

I'm down a little over 27 pounds of the almost 40 I regained from my lowest weight. That regain took about 2 years, but it hit me hard when I was closing in on 225. I'm 195.8 right now - not quite there yet, but closing in on 182 - one pound less than my lowest.

What are YOU all up to?

Hey guys....just checking in. I paid my $250 co-pay today for the hospital.....go for my pre-op appointment tomorrow. It's getting real now! LOL

I have been doing very well on my low-carb portion of my pre-op diet...I'm so used to doing low-carb that it doesn't even really feel like I'm on a "diet" except when i think I want some pizza or a Subway sandwich because I won't be able to have them for a long time. I've beaten the cravings tho so far. Now I will be having my last lunch and dinner today before surgery and those nasty carbs sure are sounding good.

Tomorrow starts the liquid diet for two days. I got some Isopure protein drinks yesterday to drink the next couple days, hopefully the protein will keep me from being so hungry on the liquid days. Isopure drinks, sugar free Jell-O and sugar free popsicles will be my friends the next couple days. Now to keep Subway from being my friend today!!!

I'm doing good! Down 45 as of today! I'm officially .8 lower than the lowest weight before I got pregnant with the little one.. so this is officially my lowest weight in probably the last 10 years.

I weighed today for the first time in almost 2 weeks and I'm only down .3 more! lol That is ridiculous! I'm planning some longer walks and lighter eating for the weekend because I really want to be around 193.something by June 1st. I will say my clothes are fitting a lot better - some are getting pretty baggy really - and I have to dig out my belts because I am starting to need them as more than just an accessory! It is a good feeling - lets me know that I am making progress.

Whew! I lost 9 pounds the week before! It was crazy, just dropping off! I'm at 261..

I decided last Friday night that I was gonna go for a jog.. and I jogged 2 miles, almost all of that nonstop with my dog.. So last night I decided what the heck, and I jogged 3.2 miles.

My only boohoo is that I can already see loose skin on my arms. Hoping it will tighten up.

Go Crystee!!!!!

I'm doing pretty well, weighed 210.8 this morning and am closing in on 40lbs gone (SW was 249). I am feeling like a slightly more energetic version of me and feeling like my world isn't entirely revolving around water and protein these days. Still struggling with heartburn, but am hoping that it will subside as the weight continues to come off. I'm finding tracking my protein on *** to be a great tool for me to make sure I'm really getting what I need vs estimating. I 'estimated' my way to needing the surgery, and now don't really trust myself.

Poking my head in and checking in. Not quite 3 months out, but hit 50lbs down from my initial surgeon's consult weight, and 43lbs down from the day I walked into the hospital. It also happens to be onederland! I threw my back out 2 weeks ago and haven't been at the gym to work out since as my PT wants me to give it a month before starting more than walking again. I am getting 2-3 mile walks in most days with the dog though, so at least it is something.

My OMG for this week is I stopped by the outlet mall and was at Columbia looking at clearanced jackets for this fall as my 2x coat from last year isn't going to work I found a medium that I not only was able to get on, but to get zipped as well. Still super tight on me, but it zipped! And will probably be perfect when it is cool enough to wear it.

Hi ladies! I haven't posted here for quite a while. I recognize several names from before and I see that some (like me) have recommitted. My weight was gradually inching up and I decided no more when I got back to 196. I said in the beginning that I would never see 200 again and I haven't!! I am back to signature and determined to get to my goal and to have skin removal surgery.

I had breast reduction this past February to alleviate back and shoulder pain and it was the best decision I could have made!! Just wish I had done it sooner. I really like my surgeon and have spoken to him about skin removal and tummy tuck. He will do it when I am ready. Need to get very serious because ideally I would like to have it done by the end of this year since I have met my deductible!!

Low carb works best for me and I'm taking it one day at a time!!
